About Annie Whitehead
Annie works from her private practice in north Leeds. She trained at the North of England Teaching Centre for the Alexander Technique (NETCAT). She first became involved in Alexander Technique when she became ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Using the Technique as part of her recovery programme, she was so impressed with how much it helped, she decided to undertake the three year training programme to become a teacher.
Annie teaches both individual sessions and runs small group workshops. She also does work through a Well Women Centre in Wakefield, and a charity, SOLACE, which supports refugees and asylum seekers.
