About Annie Whitehead

Annie works from her private practice in north Leeds and at a Wellbeing Centre in Wakefield.  Annie teaches both individual lessons and runs small group workshops.  She also teaches the Technique on the Positive Care Programme, an initiative funded by the Big Lottery Fund, which helps people with long standing health problems and people who are unpaid carers.  She trained at the North of England Teaching Centre for the Alexander Technique (NETCAT).  Current clients include professionals coming for personal development, people with a specific injury or problem (such as a bad back, regular headaches and repetitive strain injury) and people with long term health conditions (such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Chrohn's Disease).
