Who uses the Technique ?
 
Everyone can benefit from the Technique.  Actors, musicians and sports people (particularly the horse world) have all used the technique extensively.  People use the Technique for many different reasons including to improve performance and prevent injury.  Some people have lessons to alleviate pain, stress or discomfort; others to enhance business and presentation skills.  Some clients wish to become more at ease with their body and gain an increased sense of well-being.  Women use the Technique to support pregnancy and childbirth.  Whatever the initial reason for coming, clients usually find the Technique is an ideal tool for personal development, self awareness and learning new skills.
