Weekly Workshops
Courses of weekly group workshops will be starting on Thursday, 12 January 2012 in Leeds and Tuesday, 10 January 2012 in Wakefield.
The Leeds workshops will be held in Chapel Allerton, north Leeds on Thursdays at 11 am - 12 noon, 6 - 7 pm and 7.30 - 8.30 pm. The cost is £140 and the price includes an individual lessson in addition to the workshops. Only four places are available per workshop so book early to avoid disappointment! Other workshop times can be arranged by agreement.
Alexander Technique workshops will also start on Tuesday, 10 January 2012 at 1 pm and 6 pm for 55 minutes at the Wakefield Well Women Clinic, 6 Cheapside, Wakefield WF1 2SD. The price is £175 and also includes an individual lesson in addition to the ten workshops.
